Automation & Control Systems

Tritec Systems originally started life as a Siemens control systems integrator and now has more than twenty five years experience delivering industrial automation and control systems. Our knowledge and expertise includes a wide range of control system vendors in a variety of industries and applications.

Tritec Systems are recognized and approved system integrators for Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi, Beckhoff, COPADATA, Wonderware and others.

As a vendor neutral system integrator Tritec can offer impartial advice on the best choice of hardware and software for a project, but will also happily work to customer or end-user specifications and standards.

Our capabilities and experience include the following…

> PLC, HMI and SCADA control systems.

> Continuous / batch processing, CIP

> Process and machine control.

> Recipe handling.

> Data acquisition.

> SIL rated safety systems.

> Motion control / Variable Speed Drives (VSDs).

We can provide systems ranging from a low cost PLC or HMI, such as machine control, through to factory and plant-wide PLC and SCADA installations.

Historians & Reporting Solutions

Increasingly businesses are unlocking the value of data within their factory control networks by installing historians and software for data gathering and reporting. Historians are key to supporting factory continuous improvement initiatives by capturing data from automation and control systems and making this data available for analysis and reporting.

Historians can support KPI and OEE systems for monitoring and reporting of asset utilisation, machine speed, efficiency, availability and downtime. With this information businesses are better equipped to make informed decisions regarding process improvement, capital spend and cost reduction initiatives.

Tritec Systems provide historians and reporting systems through the deployment of software products from vendors including Wonderware, Rockwell, Microsoft and SAP. By using standard interfaces such as OPC, systems can be deployed on top of existing infra-structure with little or no disruption to the business.

Shop-Floor / Business Systems Integration

There is an increasing trend towards integration of factory control systems with business back-office/IT systems such as works order, MES and ERP systems. The benefits of closer integration between these often disparate systems are leaner and more efficient operations, and a better ability to respond quickly to changes in customer demand.

Tritec Systems provide solutions that facilitate this vertical integration through the deployment of bespoke software systems and ‘off-the-shelf’ products.
